About Tina

Let me introduce myself…

I am Tina Royles; the founder, director and lead investigator of Royles Ltd; I am a former Police Officer who has intensive experience of gathering evidence, building cases, preparing, and presenting them at Court. In addition I have an ‘in-depth’ knowledge and practical experience of reviewing cases, identifying gaps in cases, and finding solutions to ‘plug those gaps’.

I’m also a ’Qualified Psychotherapist’ who specialises in working with clients who are going through difficult, challenging, and distressing times or life events. This aspect works ‘hand in hand’ with the investigation and case-building process as this is often a stressful and emotional time, and unless this aspect is factored in it may harm or delay the healing process for repairing, recovery, and rebuilding ‘the self’

In addition I am a national and international expert on the subject of Domestic Violence, and as such have authored several books in this area, including the Amazon ‘Best Seller’ – ‘When the Apple of Your Eye is Rotten at the Core’.

Having the ‘robustness’ to deal with challenging and bullying individuals and organisations helps myself and Royles Ltd to negotiate a way forward to enable the platform for a more positive outcome for clients.

As a BBC Trained Media Expert Speaker I spend my ‘spare time’ advocating and raising awareness of the issues of domestic violence, divorce, high profile cases, police related matters, and injustice (in particular where my clients need the help of the media to get their ‘voice heard’.

I am also a part time ‘Doctoral Research Student’ where my research interests are:
* ‘Intimate Relationships, Success, and Entrepreneurs’
‘Domestic Violence’,
‘Domestic Violence and Divorce’
‘Domestic Violence, Business and the Impact on the Self
 Employed’

My private psychotherapy practice is based in Cheshire (in the picturesque and award winning Tarporley) but see clients on national/international basis too. I‘m qualified & able to work with any subject matter, I specialize in domestic violence, sexual offences, relationship difficulties, divorce, separation & loss.
